Set in some ten level acres of secluded, well maintained grounds, our picturesque caravan and camping park is ideally located near Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate within Kent, the Garden of England - perfect for a long term stay..

We have a number of Long - Stay bases offering:

Water and Electric for use by you and your family, between start of March to end of October.

This also includes Winter Storage

The Electric is metered and passed on at cost.

You can have Winter Storage ONLY from 1st Nov to 1st March for £250 + vat or FREE if renewing for the following season

Long Term stay:
From £1595 - 00 per annum you can site your Caravan or Motor home.
